4. Use of Website by volunteers
The Website enables volunteers to access volunteer opportunities offered by non-profit organisations overseas (Volunteer Opportunities). The Volunteer Opportunities will be posted electronically on the Website.

The Website enables volunteers to pursue their interests by working with non-profit organisations in the Asia and Pacific regions. Vets Beyond Borders will provide the details submitted by you to non-profit organisations at your request that are compatible with your interests. Those organisations will then contact you directly and it is your responsibility to determine whether you wish to proceed with the opportunity. Non-profit organisations on the Vets Beyond Borders Website are independent organisations responsible for their own actions and not agents of Vets Beyond Borders. Vets Beyond Borders is not an agent nor is it responsible in any way for the operations or conduct of volunteer organisations or volunteers referred to volunteer organisations by Vets Beyond Borders.

Your communications or dealings with any non-profit organisation or any other third parties are solely between you and those third parties. Vets Beyond Borders gives no warranties and makes no recommendations as to the appropriateness of any Volunteer Opportunities. Vets Beyond Borders does not contract with you and is not responsible in any other way for any legal or other requirements relating to Volunteer Opportunities. You agree that Vets Beyond Borders will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of your dealings with another non-profit organisation.

5. Use of Website by non-profit organisations
The Website is designed to enable non-profit organisations to post information about Volunteer Opportunities electronically on the Website and to enable interested volunteers to contact the non-profit organisations regarding Volunteer Opportunities. Your communications or dealings with any potential volunteers or any other third parties are solely between you and those third parties. You are responsible for selecting volunteers that are suitable for your organisation and for meeting all legal and other requirements in relation to those volunteers. Vets Beyond Borders gives no warranties and makes no recommendations as to the suitability of any volunteers. Vets Beyond Borders does not contract with you and is not responsible in any other way for any legal or other requirements relating to Volunteer Opportunities. You agree that Vets Beyond Borders will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of your dealings with any volunteer.

6. Registration by volunteers and non-profit organisations
In order for non-profit organisations to post Volunteer Opportunities and for volunteers to obtain access to Volunteer Opportunities on the Website, non-profit organisations and volunteers are required to register with Vets Beyond Borders.

When you register as a volunteer or a non-profit organisation, you must:
(a) provide accurate, complete and updated registration information;
(b) you must safeguard any user name and password which is provided to you;
(c) you authorise Vets Beyond Borders to assume that any person using the Website with your user name and password is either you or is authorised to act for you; and
(d) you may cancel your registration at any time by notifying Vets Beyond Borders

Vets Beyond Borders reserves the right to cancel your registration if you do not visit the Website or update any of your postings on the Website for an extended period of time, if you fail to meet any of Vets Beyond Borders' registration criteria as amended from time to time, or if Vets Beyond Borders reasonably believes that you have violated any laws, acted in breach of or inconsistently with the Terms and Conditions, or otherwise violated the rights of Vets Beyond Borders or another party.

Use of this Website is at your own risk. None of Vets Beyond Borders, its affiliates or any of their respective officers, employees, agents or licensors makes any representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the Material on this Website, its use, or any products or services referred to on the Website.
