PhaNgan Animal Care
PAC was established by a veterinarian who was visiting Koh Phangan and saw the great need for veterinary care for the animals of the island.
With an enormous amount of work, sponsorship from the Animals Asia Foundation (AAF), and encouragement from the Dog Rescue Center Samui (DRCS), PhaNgan Animal Care (PAC) was born. PAC is a non-profit organisation, developed to provide essential care for the many ill and suffering stray animals of Koh PhaNgan. It has been gratefully embraced by the local residents of the island.
