Organisation: Registration

Registering your organisation and project on the Vets Beyond Borders website will allow potential volunteers and donors to access your information and contact you easily. We will endeavour to advertise the website widely and give more exposure and hopefully generate interest from volunteers and donors for your project.

Once your registration has been processed (please allow up to 4 weeks for this) you will have access to your own information to make changes and edits via a secure web logon procedure. You will have access to the projects and medical forums to share and research information. You will receive monthly email newsletters about issues relating to your projects and volunteers. We encourage you to submit protocols, articles and documents to include in our searchable library via emailing or posting them as word or PDF documents to weblibrary@vetsbeyondborders.org.

If you have trouble completing the registration forms and need help, please email us and we will put you in contact with someone in your country who will be willing to help. Alternatively download this example of a completed form (link to completed form) to use as a guideline.

1.	Ownership
This site www.vetsbeyondborders.org (Website) is owned and operated by Vets Beyond Borders Incorporated INC9882732 (VBB).

2.	Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Your access and use of the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the Website (collectively referred to as the Terms and Conditions). By using the Website you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 
VBB may amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The amended Terms and Conditions will take immediate effect from the time of posting. These Terms and Conditions may not otherwise be amended. 

3.	Use of Website outside Australia
The content of this Website, excluding content provided by third parties, including all information such as text, graphics, images and other material (Material), and the Terms and Conditions, have been prepared in accordance with Australian law. If you are accessing this Website from a country other than Australia, the Material and the Terms and Conditions may not satisfy the laws of that country. In such a case, this Website is not intended for your use and you are not entitled to rely on the Material. If you do so, you agree to indemnify VBB for any loss or damage that it may suffer as a consequence. 

4.	Use of Website by volunteers
The Website enables volunteers to access volunteer opportunities offered by non-profit organisations overseas (Volunteer Opportunities). The Volunteer Opportunities will be posted electronically on the Website.
The Website enables volunteers to pursue their interests by working with non-profit organisations in the Asia and Pacific regions. VBB will provide the details submitted by you to non-profit organisations at your request that are compatible with your interests. Those organisations will then contact you directly and it is your responsibility to determine whether you wish to proceed with the opportunity. 
Non-profit organisations on the VBB Website are independent organisations responsible for their own actions and not agents of VBB. VBB is not an agent nor is it responsible in any way for the operations or conduct of volunteer organisations or volunteers referred to volunteer organisations by VBB.
Your communications or dealings with any non-profit organisation or any other third parties are solely between you and those third parties. VBB gives no warranties and makes no recommendations as to the appropriateness of any Volunteer Opportunities. VBB does not contract with you and is not responsible in any other way for any legal or other requirements relating to Volunteer Opportunities. You agree that VBB will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of your dealings with another non-profit organisation. 
 
5.	Use of Website by non-profit organisations
The Website is designed to enable non-profit organisations to post information about Volunteer Opportunities electronically on the Website and to enable interested volunteers to contact the non-profit organisations regarding Volunteer Opportunities. 
Your communications or dealings with any potential volunteers or any other third parties are solely between you and those third parties. You are responsible for selecting volunteers that are suitable for your organisation and for meeting all legal and other requirements in relation to those volunteers. VBB gives no warranties and makes no recommendations as to the suitability of any volunteers. VBB does not contract with you and is not responsible in any other way for any legal or other requirements relating to Volunteer Opportunities. You agree that VBB will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of your dealings with any volunteer.

6.	Registration by volunteers and non-profit organisations
In order for non-profit organisations to post Volunteer Opportunities and for volunteers to obtain access to Volunteer Opportunities on the Website, non-profit organisations and volunteers are required to register with VBB. 
When you register as a volunteer or a non-profit organisation, you must:
(a)	provide accurate, complete and updated registration information;
(b)	you must safeguard any user name and password which is provided to you;
(c)	you authorise VBB to assume that any person using the Website with your user name and password is either you or is authorised to act for you; and
(d)	you may cancel your registration at any time by notifying VBB.
VBB reserves the right to cancel your registration if you do not visit the Website or update any of your postings on the Website for an extended period of time, if you fail to meet any of VBB's registration criteria as amended from time to time, or if VBB reasonably believes that you have violated any laws, acted in breach of or inconsistently with the Terms and Conditions, or otherwise violated the rights of VBB or another party. 

7.	No representations
Use of this Website is at your own risk. None of VBB, its affiliates or any of their respective officers, employees, agents or licensors makes any representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the Material on this Website, its use, or any products or services referred to on the Website. 

8.	No warranties
The Website is provided for use without any warranties of any kind. VBB excludes all warranties, whether implied or express, in any way relating to access to, or non access to, the Website or the use or reliance upon the Website or the Material to the fullest extent permitted by the law. 

9.	Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances will VBB, its affiliates or any of their respective officers, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever including, but without limitation for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profit, that may arise from your use, access to or inability to use or access the Website or any of the Material contained therein. If any provisions of the Terms and Conditions are found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining Terms and Conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.
